Water Blocking Cable

Its chracteristics are:

1.Through developing and applying the technology of water-blocking tape, the vertical water-blocking barrier of cable core is made. This kind of cable has good electrical connection, excellent water-blocking performance, lighter weight and low cost.

2.Through using new XLPE insulation material, the triple co-extruded cross-linked process is completed by the entire dry XLPE cable production line. The new installation material can change the size of internal crystalline form of material, improve  triggering voltage of water tree and electric tree, decrease the growth rate of electric tree  and water tree. So the water-blocking performance is very good.

3.Integrated layer protection technology is used to produce teh radial barrier layer, which achieves a good water-blocking effect. Along with the rapid growth of underground cable network, the use of this new type of water tree-resistant XLPE cable with full water-blocking characteristic can effectively restrain the water tree in the process of using, can significantly lower fault rate of domestic XLPE cable, and avoid huge economic loss caused by cable fault.
